Salvatore Grizzanti has been General Manager of Open Baladin since September 2024. Originally from Piedmont and born in 1987, he brings with him over a decade of experience in the development of restaurant chains, gained through opening the first KFC venues in Italy and spending over seven years leading innovation and development at Doppio Malto. Under his leadership, Open Baladin has embarked on a path of reorganisation and growth that now leads to the opening of the two new flagship stores in Milan and Rome Salario, key milestones in the expansion of the network linked to the world of Baladin craft beer.
