Bio

I was born in Bari on 27 June 1971.
I began my professional journey in 1986 as a Commis, embarking on a path of growth that, over time, has led me to hold all the main roles in restaurant and hospitality services: Chef de Rang, Sommelier, Maître, Restaurant Manager, Banqueting Manager, and Room Service Manager.
As with many industry professionals, my first fundamental training step was obtaining my hotel management diploma, which represented the foundation of my career.
In 1995, I had my first international experience, moving to England to work for De Vere Hotels, where I spent two years honing my English language skills. Subsequently, I continued my career abroad with further experiences in Switzerland, at the Hotel Le Richemond in Geneva, and in France, at the Hotel de la Cité in Carcassonne, opportunities that also allowed me to improve my French.
From 1997 to 2001, I gained significant experience at the Hotel Splendido in Portofino, further consolidating my skills in environments of excellence.
My journey at the Park Hyatt Milan began in 2003, for the hotel's opening, where I held the position of Restaurant Manager until 2017. During this time, along with the Chef and the team, I contributed to achieving significant accolades, including the first Michelin star in 2012 and the second in 2017.
In 2018, I took on the role of Food & Beverage Manager at the hotel, and from 2020 onwards, that of Director of Food & Beverage.
I believe that the role of Food & Beverage Director is central to any hotel or restaurant establishment: leadership, passion, dedication to study, continuous training, and the ability to listen are essential elements for achieving and maintaining standards of excellence, as well as for conveying values and skills to one's team.
