Professional journalist (thanks to the “Walter Tobagi” master's degree) with a Master's degree in Philosophical Sciences in my pocket. After taking my first steps in the news world with internships at Corriere Veneto, Linkiesta and La Stampa, I threw myself into the field of food retail and trade press, passing through Retail&food and Italia a Tavola. Today I hold the role of editor of Ristorazione Moderna (Edizioni DM) and, as a freelancer, I collaborate with Il Gusto (Repubblica), again in the field of food, wine, catering and the like, with a particular eye on the fundamentals of the business model. I have lived in London and Brussels. Milanese by adoption, Venetian at heart.
