Federica Sopracase is a marketing and business development consultant, with over twenty years' experience in the food and beverage sector, gained within a major Italian company with an international reach, where she held senior roles in marketing, key accounts, and the development of the hospitality, travel retail, and premium channels.
Today, he is founder of FS Consulting, an agency specialising in strategy, marketing, positioning and commercial development, with a particular focus on the food & wine sector, fine dining and the hotel industry.
She is also an adjunct professor of International Marketing at the University of Trieste, where she brings a teaching approach strongly focused on integrating academic skills with field experience.
