Tiziano Vudafieri graduated in Venice with Aldo Rossi and trained in Milan alongside the masters of Italian design: first he worked with Ettore Sottsass, then he became a partner of Aldo Cibic. From them he learned to bring seemingly distant worlds together and to give concrete form to the most radical visions. In 1999 he founded the studio with Claudio Saverino, which today is based in Milan and Shanghai.
The studio combines rigorous design and the ability to surprise, discipline and wonder, and puts the relationships between people at the center of every project, from hotels to restaurants. Vudafieri also knows about hospitality from the other side of the counter: with Food.different he opened several venues in Milan, including DRY Cocktail & Pizza, and is one of the founding partners of the bistrot Røst.
