Stefan Höllen is Chief Supply Chain Officer at FR L’Osteria SE, as well as Managing Director of the group's two production sites (Pasta & Caffè). Based in Munich (Germany) and holding a degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Betriebswirt from the VWA in Koblenz), he boasts over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and organised catering.
Throughout his career he has held key management roles in companies such as L’Osteria Private Brands GmbH and Bar Italiana GmbH, supervising the entire supply chain cycle “from farm to table”, including production and logistics processes.
Goal-oriented and endowed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Stefan combines strong leadership and negotiation skills with a constant focus on process optimisation, quality innovation and the building of long-term international partnerships.
