CEO and co-founder of Restworld, the platform that connects catering professionals with HoReCa companies. Founded as an authorized and specialized employment agency in the sector, today Restworld has over 225,000 registered professionals and works with restaurants across Italy. A graduate in labor psychology with an MBA and a master’s in M&A, he started in the restaurant business: it was through that experience that his approach to managing people was born. He is the co-author of «Beyond the Menu» (Topic Edizioni).
