CEO with 30 years of leadership experience in the FMCG, sustainable food, luxury food and hospitality sectors.
I currently advise entrepreneurs, family businesses, and private equity firms on areas such as growth, international expansion, branding, M&A, and governance. I was recently appointed as a member of the Governing Board of POLIMI Graduate School of Management, actively contributing to the School's strategic direction, its positioning as a benchmark in the sector, and the development of key institutional initiatives, with a particular focus on the Food & Beverage, Luxury, Fashion, and Private Equity sectors. Since 2017, I have held a position as an adjunct professor at SDA Bocconi, GSOM POLIMI, and LUISS Business School, and since 2025, I have collaborated with “La Repubblica – Il Gusto,” covering agri-food economics and sector trends. Combining strategic vision with operational capability, I bring a solid commercial and marketing mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and a proven ability to manage complex contexts involving various stakeholders, including boards of directors, founders, families, investors, and management teams.
