Innovative startupper and experienced manager in the hospitality industry with strong international exposure.

Since 2005, Giovanni has led the launch and development of landmark F&B projects, from Café Trussardi in Piazza della Scala to the creation of Dry, the pioneering cocktail and pizza concept in Milan.

His career includes strategic roles at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Lungarno Collection, the upgrade of the 5-star Due Lune Puntaldia Resort & Golf and the start-up of The Wilde Milan.

Today, he is considered a leading startupper in the high-end segment and is currently involved in several operations in the hospitality and catering sector in Milan, Sorrento and Bergamo.
