Bio

Enrico Vignoli was born in Bologna in 1980. He graduated in Materials Engineering in 2004 and worked in restaurants in Italy/France from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2025 he worked at Osteria Francescana, now as Operational Coordinator of the Back Office of Massimo Bottura's group. In the meantime, many adventures in freelance work, from organising events for tourism promotion to branding and HoReCa management consultancy, passing through seminars and lectures with some of the most important companies in Italy. After a few months of consulting for Georgetown entertainment Washington DC. Passionate about theatre, art, storytelling games; since March 2026 he has been in charge of San Patrignano's food and wine production department.
