Beatrice Sangiovanni has over two decades of experience in human resources (HR) leadership in luxury hospitality and global organisations. She started her career as Senior HR Consultant at Corno Consulting Group and Arethusa in Milan, before moving to Switzerland in 2019 to join Consulcesi Group as Global HR Transformation Project Manager, later becoming Country HR Manager. In 2022, she moved to luxury hospitality at Ticino Hotels Group, leading the HR function for four high-end properties.
A firm believer in people-oriented leadership, Beatrice is dedicated to fostering a working environment in which collaboration, learning and ambition flourish. “Great hospitality starts with great people.
