Andrea, together with his brother Sergio, is the founder of Scampo - Pescheria Moderna, an innovative concept born in Bologna that reinterprets the traditional Italian fish market in a contemporary key, combining fresh fish sales, gastronomy and immediate consumption in an informal and urban environment.
Andrea Graziosi has matured a long managerial experience in the large-scale retail trade, working for important multinational food retail companies. During these years he has developed in-depth skills in supply chain management, shop organisation and the consumption dynamics of modern customers, building a concrete vision of how to innovate the relationship between fresh product, distribution and retail.
From the encounter between the managerial rigour of the large-scale retail trade and the culture of the lifestyle brand comes Scampo - Pescheria Moderna, a format that combines quality seafood, gastronomic experience and a contemporary language capable of dialoguing with the new generations.
Today, Scampo represents one of the most interesting projects of the new Bolognese urban restaurant scene: a place where seafaring tradition, market culture and contemporary design come together to create an authentic, accessible and profoundly identity-driven experience.
