Maria Cristina Spairani holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from the University of Pavia and a Master's degree in Food Design from SPD- Scuola Politecnica di Design. She has more than ten years of experience in the food retail sector, with a career path focused on strategic brand development and marketing.
He is currently Marketing Director of Gioia Group, a basket company active in food retail, where he leads the marketing strategy at corporate level and of the group's individual brands, including Cioccolatitaliani and Futura.
His path in Cioccolatitaliani began when the brand had about ten points of sale. From the moment he joined, he made a decisive contribution to defining the marketing and positioning strategy, accompanying the brand's growth over the years until it became a structured reality recognised nationally and internationally, with a network of over 52 in Italy and abroad.
His approach integrates analytical skills and creative vision, combined with a deep understanding of consumer dynamics, with the aim of building solid, consistent and high-value brand experiences.
