Over the years I have worked on the growth of distribution channels, brand strengthening, commercial innovation, process digitisation and logistics efficiency. Previously I gained experience at AB InBev, Palmera and Nestlé, working in Sales and Marketing Management. I created a sales network for a development in the large-scale retail channel. In the decisions I make every day to lead a company, I work to create the conditions for people to work well and give their best.
