Lorenzo Querci was born in 1992 in Siena, Tuscany. He grew up among the tables of his family's restaurant, an experience that ignited in him a deep passion for the world of catering. After graduating in Law at the Bocconi University in Milan and a period of study in Hong Kong, Lorenzo decided to follow his roots and dedicate himself to the hospitality industry.
In 2019, Lorenzo founded Moebius in Milan, a unique venue that combines excellent mixing, live jazz music, a vinyl shop and two high-end restaurants, both led by chef Enrico Croatti. The Tapa Bistrot offers dishes to share with international inuences, while the Ristorante Sperimentale, hours an award-winning avant-garde cuisine, with its first Michelin star in the 2025 Guide.
In December 2024, Lorenzo Querci opened Lubna and Magma in a converted former Milanese industrial area, creating a new creative hub combining cuisine, cocktails, art and experimentation.
Lubna, a listening restaurant bar, and Magma, an event space, continue the avant-garde vision already started with Moebius, while maintaining a strong link to the industrial and authentic identity of the place.
Thanks to his passion and innovative vision, Lorenzo has established himself as one of the most enlightened young entrepreneurs in the international hospitality scene.
