Lorenzo grew up surrounded by nature and the family kitchen, and soon developed a strong sense for flavours and hospitality. After initial studies in science at the University of Florence, he realised that his true path lay elsewhere and moved to England in search of new perspectives. In London, he discovered his passion for wine, which he deepened with dedication, integrating technical knowledge and cultural understanding.
Today, he leads Ikoyi's dining room team, where he combines rigour, sensitivity and curiosity in personnel management, seeking to transform each working day into a new introspective discovery to be put at the service of customers.
