Bio

Born in Pescia in 1986, I entered luxury hospitality at the age of 29 and at 33 became one of Italy's youngest general managers, repositioning Talassio Collection and contributing to the recognition of the Grand Hotel Alassio among The Leading Hotels of the World.

At the end of November, I chose to leave Talassio for a two-month “sabbatical” to devote to Lusso Gentile, a project set up in 2020 during the lockdown to promote a new way of experiencing hospitality: more human, conscious and people-centred.

Since mid-January, I have been in Geneva with Capomondo Restaurant Group, a leading Swiss restaurant group where I lead the international development and artistic direction of the Luigia, Luigia Pizzeria and Capocaccia brands.

I believe in contamination between sectors: the most interesting people I have met have crossed different worlds. My leadership stems from this encounter between performance and humanity.
