Giampaolo Padula is a highly qualified and respected Italian manager with more than 25 years of experience in the industry.’luxury hospitality. His solid education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialisation in International Hospitality Management from Nottingham Trent University, as well as certificates in Financial Management e Marketing obtained at the Ecole Hôtelière in Lausanne.
Throughout his career, Padula has held positions of General Manager (GM) in some of the most prestigious facilities in Italy and abroad. Recent key roles include directing the Valtur Cristallo Ski Resort in Cervinia, l’Aman Venice Papadopoli Palace and the Grand Hotel Parker's in Naples. He is recognised for his ability to implement high-level strategies, improve operational performance and achieve significant results, such as obtaining Michelin Stars for the restaurants of the establishments he manages.
