Bio

Architect, food designer and table historian, she is the founder of Studio Archipass based in Milan and since 2009 of La Costruzione del Gusto, a multidisciplinary network of professionals developing architecture and design projects dedicated to the food & beverage sector. She designs scenarios for hospitality and the world of the table.

In 2015, she published the book The Table Project. Constructing the space of conviviality published by Franco Angeli. She is an adjunct professor of Design and Gastronomy in the Degree Course in Gastronomy, Hospitality and Territories at the Universitas Mercatorum in Rome. She conceived, curated and set up the exhibition “Note di pranzi - I menu nella storia”, a travelling exhibition showcasing one of the most important private Italian collections of historical menus from 1800 to the present day with the organisation of events dedicated to the history of cuisine and the table.

She writes for hospitality and food & beverage magazines.
