From New York to Tokyo, via Dubai, New Delhi, Los Angeles and Sydney, many have had the pleasure of biting them at his events and lectures.
From Florence, with a past in the world of fashion and as a food critic, in 2006 he decided that the future of street food would be quality and that the sandwich would become the tool to showcase great ingredients and great producers.
His idea was successful and in a very short time the Florentine workshop in Via de‘ Georgofili became a pilgrimage destination for gourmets from all over Italy and beyond.
