Agie Zhou is an artisan entrepreneur. After an economics degree from Bocconi and an MBA from the Madrid Business Institute, he met Walter Sirtori, owner of the historic Sirtori butcher's shop on Via Sarpi in Milan. It is from this meeting that La Ravioleria Sarpi di Agie was born, built right next to the butcher's shop: a small shop with an open kitchen that has been preparing thousands of ravioli since 2015. A cultural as well as culinary project, an example of contamination and a meeting ground between the long Chinese culinary tradition and high-quality Italian ingredients.
