Born in Trebaseleghe (Padua) in 1952, Valentino Fabbian graduated in Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan and started his professional career at Duplomatic in Varese. In 1982 he became Country Manager for Italy at Wendy's, one of the world's catering giants.
In 1989 he joined the Cremonini Group, taking care of the management and development of the Chef Express brand catering activities on board trains, in railway stations, airports and motorway areas. Fabbian also looks after the international development of the business and, after having been Managing Director of Chef Express S.p.A. since 1996, now holds the position of Executive Director.
In the field of association activities, Fabbian is President of IRCG (International Rail Catering Group), President of the Master in Catering (Confimprese-University of Parma) and Vice President of Confimprese. He is also President of the Cremonini Restauration France Sa, of “Cremonini Rail Iberica” and of “Chef Express”.
Valentino Fabbian was awarded the honour of Commendatore al Merito della Repubblica in 2003, and Grande Ufficiale in 2008.
