Today, the success of a restaurant or a business does not depend only on the quality of the product offered, the working environment and the resources employed: there is, in fact, a fourth dimension that cuts across all the others and is essential for the effectiveness of each project: communication - from the website to social media, passing through press relations, to the organisation and promotion of events. This is well known Teresa Onorato, 35-year-old entrepreneur, who managed to turn her passion for food and catering into a profession, opening in 2020 Honor Consultingan integrated communication agency dedicated to the food & beverage and hospitality sector, a visionary project, born when the field of catering communication was still in its infancy. Teresa Onorato says: "Food for me represents love, warmth, sharing and opportunity. Every new reality is a story to be told, and we have a responsibility to do it with care, passion and empathy".

After almost five years, Honor ConsultingIt consolidates itself as a point of reference for chefs, restaurants and hotels, has 40 employees and manages a portfolio of about 100 clients. The agency, based in Milan and Rome, boasts a heterogeneous team, with professionals from different sectors - gastronomy and wine experts, managers with experience in hotellerie, fashion, luxury, design, non-profit and international communication agencies - working side by side to offer customised services and innovative solutions. The agency does not limit itself to traditional consultancy, but stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, involving the worlds of art, fashion and culture in its communication strategies. 

In addition to her role as CEO of Honor Consulting, Teresa Onorato is also a university lecturer for the Master's Degree in Communication, Food Marketing and Food and Wine Criticism of the Red Prawn.

The services offered by Honor Consulting range from branding to the creation of logos, from website development to social media management, up to national and international press office, digital PR and event organisation. But that's not all: the agency offers its consultancy for the creation of new brands, market analysis, inside inspection to assess the quality level of restaurants and hotels, development of menus and wine lists, and geomarketing activities for the replicability of formats.
