Bio

A professional with a solid background in high-profile catering within the luxury hôtellerie, he has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the most prestigious international groups. He is currently Food & Beverage Director at the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, part of the Dorchester Collection, where he leads a team of 174 people and develops operational, financial and marketing strategies for all the hotel's F&B outlets.

In the past, he has served as General Manager in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Aquavit London, HKK of the Hakkasan Group and Alyn Williams at The Westbury, as well as managing complex operations in iconic settings such as The Carlyle Restaurant at the Rosewood Hotel in New York and for Gordon Ramsey's group.

An expert in setting operational standards, team development, cost control and creating new revenue lines, he is known for his excellent leadership, communication and multidisciplinary team management skills. His proactive and results-oriented approach makes him a benchmark in high-level restaurant management.
