Gaetano Marco Corvino believes that hospitality begins long before the “welcome” and continues long after the bill: it is everything that happens around the customer experience that makes it truly memorable.
He is Quality & Training Manager for Royal Group and trainer in Food & Beverage Management, specialising in the design of hospitality experiences with a high emotional impact, where every detail, especially those that the guest does not see, has a precise reason and function.
For years, he has supported hotels and resorts in creating operating models, service paths and team cultures in which attention, listening and care for the invisible become the real competitive advantage: not only how we work, but why we do it that way.
It works on three main axes:
- positioning F&B
- people development
- customer experience design
It helps entrepreneurs and managers transform values into everyday practices: from brand positioning to brigade briefs, from room management to experience storytelling, so that every service has a clear, shared and intentional direction.
He has overseen projects ranging from high-end hospitality to contemporary restaurant and wine bar formats, taking care of both the branding and the more intangible aspects: working climate, style of welcome, service rituals that define the identity of a place more than any logo.
