He conceived and realised the first masterclass on Revenue Management in the restaurant industry, exporting the American method learnt from his studies at Cornell University. He created the Tomato AI software and the first Master in Restaurant Business Administration in Italy, RBA.
He has been F&B Manager for Milan Marriott Hotel, Emporio Armani Caffè and Planetaria Hotels Group. He has held professional training courses for restaurateurs for ALMA, IHMA and 24 Business School and, according to Rai News 24, he is the leading expert in Food & Beverage in Italy. In 2013 he was awarded Best F&B Manager.
