Bio

Born in 1985, Cesare Murzilli decided to devote himself completely to pastry making, his great passion, after his university studies.
He works in the kitchens of some of the best Italian restaurants, Osteria Arbustico*, Metamorfosi* in Rome, Joia* vegetarian restaurant in Milan.
His strong desire to improve led him to collaborate with numerous master pastry chefs including Denis Dianin where he refined his pastry art.
In 2018, his meeting with world pastry champion Emmanuele Forcone marked his professional turning point. A collaboration was born that would lead him to travel the world alongside Emmanuele in both national and international teaching and consulting and to the development of numerous projects together, including Pastry Video Book, an online training platform completely dedicated to pastry.

December 2021 begins collaboration as head of pastry at Zucchero with W Rome and Fabrizio Fiorani. Currently Corporate Executive Pastry chef at Portrait Milano. Brand ambassador for some companies in the sector such as Molino Pasini, Pavoni and many others .

Awarded the best hotel breakfast in Italy in 2024. International consultant and Member of the academy of Italian master pastry chefs(ampi).
