Andrea Malacrida, in his early 40s, became managing director of the most important labour company in Italy. He is trained in the field by meeting the most important leaders of business, management and institutions for over 20 years. After graduating in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan, he completed his background travelling the world attending master's degrees at the Imd in Lausanne, Harvard University, Insead in Paris and Ceibs in Shanghai. His goal is the constant enhancement of “human capital”, a true and fundamental strategic asset of the country system that unites people and businesses. From these premises he wrote and published “Imagining Work” (Marsilio). Since October 2024 he has been CEO of Ali Lavoro.
