Alessandro Martire is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, a leading global strategy consulting firm. With more than ten years of experience in the world of Retail, he has worked alongside leading players in the retail, food & beverage, catering, consumer electronics, clothing and design sectors, leading transformation projects on key issues such as strategy, category management, CRM, pricing, supply chain and operations.
An expert in Change Management and Artificial Intelligence applications in business, he was selected by Mark-Up among the 'New Generation' professionals in Retail and Marketing.
Since 2019, he has been a lecturer on the Master in Food & Wine Management at the 24ORE Business School. He was a guest on The Blue Corner podcast, where he delved into strategies and trends related to the restaurant and hospitality world, with a focus on business models and sector innovation.
Originally from Venice, he graduated with honours in Management from Bocconi University and gained direct experience in leading retail companies in their respective sectors. He has always been passionate about innovation in the food world.
